RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns unless the package is unopened, in its original sealed container, and in resaleable condition. To ensure the highest quality and safety of our products, we are unable to accept any returns on opened or used items.
If you wish to return an eligible product, please note the following:

A $25 restocking fee will be applied to your return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
At Iron Will Performance, we strive to provide exceptional service and convenience for our customers. If you need to cancel an order you've placed, we are happy to assist.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBCRIPTION
To cancel your subscription, please contact customer support via email at ironwillperformanceinc@gmail.com
In the subject line, include "SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION".
In the body of the email, kindly provide the following details:

CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY
We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
