ABOUT IRON WILL PERFORMANCE
Welcome to Iron Will Performance! We’re Cooper and Jenny Fields, and our story is rooted in the challenges we faced as livestock and performance horse owners. In 2015, we reached a breaking point. Operating a stocker calf operation, we constantly battled sick calves and found ourselves administering antibiotics more often than we’d like. While some calves improved, many developed antibiotic resistance. Not only was this an expensive and inefficient way to care for our livestock, but it simply wasn’t sustainable. Does this sound familiar?
Determined to find a better way, we dove deep into research, consulted experts, and drew on our own hands-on experiences. This journey led us to a groundbreaking idea: we could create a product that worked from the inside out — one that fostered a healthy gut, improved nutrient absorption, encouraged better feed and water consumption, and ultimately resulted in healthier, stronger animals. We wanted a solution that worked in tandem with antibiotics, boosting their effectiveness when necessary, without relying on them as a sole means of care.

Along the way, we grew from a family of two to a family of five, and we encountered unforeseen obstacles that tested our perseverance. But those challenges only fueled our determination to create a solution that worked. Through hard work, a little grit, and plenty of heart, Iron Will Performance was born.
We chose the name "Iron Will" because it reflects the unyielding resolve that drove us through tough times.
