IRON WILL PERFORMANCE JR TEAM CONDITIONS

As a leading animal nutrition company, we’re proud to partner with athletes who embody these principles, and we’re excited to announce that we are building a Junior Team to represent our brand.
We are looking for young, driven individuals ages 18 and under who not only excel in their show/ competition/ rodeo arena, but also share our commitment to being well-spoken, responsible, and reputable role models. As a member of the Iron Will Performance Junior Team, you’ll be joining a community of like-minded athletes who understand the importance of not only competing at their best but also representing our company with the highest level of integrity.
If you are passionate about competition, dedicated to personal growth, and eager to be part of a team that values character, honesty, and hard work, we want to hear from you! TO BE ELIGIBLE
- You'll be required to have at least 2 of the following social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. These accounts cannot be restricted or have privacy settings on them.
- You cannot, under any circumstances, use foul or inappropriate language or mannerism in anything you post. This will result in an immediate removal from the 6 PAC Equine Junior Team.
- You must be able to tell others your story of how 6 PAC Equine has and is helping you and your horse.
- Wear a 6 PAC Equine Junior Team patch on all competition shirts. Patch placement should be just below the left or right shoulder and above the pocket.
- Wear 6 PAC Equine Junior Team branded shirts during performance, pertinent interviews and public speaking.
- Post at least two (2) 6 PAC Equine branded social media posts per month. Instagram posts must be made as a post and not a story!
- Provide testimonials that can be utilized on Iron Will Performance platforms.
- Tag 6 PAC Equine social media accounts in any competition post and use the following hashtags:

- Like and follow IWP social media:

- Be available for photo and/or video shoots when/if requested. (2-4 per year).

- During the term of this agreement, as a member of the 6 PAC Equine Junior Team, Iron Will Performance will provide you with the following:

- Before your application is approved you are required to purchase and feed one (1) 25 LB of 6 PAC Equine (unless you have already been using it). We would also like all applicants to fill out a Success Story form. Iron Will Performance will cover the shipping cost for this bag. (excluding credit card processing fees).
As a member of the 6 PAC Equine Junior Team
- Iron Will Performance will provide three (3) 25 LB bags of 6 PAC Equine, shipped every 90 days, starting 90 days after the purchase of the prior mentioned bag. This will provide one (1) 1200lb horse with 6 PAC Equine for 300 days.
- Additional 6 PAC Equine may be purchased at a 10% discount (excluding credit card processing fees), along with free shipping, for the duration of this contract.
This agreement is for 12 months (from the date of signature to the same date the following year) between ENDORSER and IRON WILL PERFORMANCE, INC. You will be notified upon approval.
Iron Will Performance, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this agreement within 30 days of learning of any breach of this contract and any personal action that may deem derogatory to the reputation of Iron Will Performance. 6 PAC Equine Junior Team members will be notified in writing. If Iron Will Performance fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this agreement, endorsee shall have the right to terminate.
